  1. How to search packages?

    You need to select the "Tour Type" (i.e., Haj/ Umrah) and enter the "Check-in Date" from "Search Box".  And click on "Search Now" option.You will get the packages for 15 days before and 15 days later of the selected date for every search.

  2. How can I check availability of a package for a particular date?

    Click on the particular date from the "Calendar", you will get all the packages available on that date.

  3. How can I book a package?

    Follow the steps given below for booking a package:

    a).Login to your Account:

    For booking a package you first need to login to your account on

    Alternatively, you can also login through Facebook/ Google Plus account.

    b).Choose the Package:

    After creating the account select the package which you wish to book. You will be redirected to "Package Page."  On the Package Page, select the "Sharing Type" which you prefer and the number of Adults and Childs from the drop-down menu. Click on "Book Now" option and proceed to payment

    Alternatively, you can also choose a package by selecting the hotels from the "Hotel Tab".

    c).Book Package/Make Payment:

    You can book a package by paying just a percentage of the total amount at the time of booking. And balance amount can be paid within 7 days or the booking will get cancelled without informing.

    d).Transfer Necessary Documents:

    Scanned copies of the passports and photographs should be e-mailed to Please mention your Name and Contact Details clearly in the e-mail while sending Passport Scanned Copies.

    Click on "Register" option on the website. Fill and submit the required details. And your account is created.

  2. How can I get access to my account in case I forget my password?

    You can reset your password by following the link "Forget Password". Your password will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

    Booking Amount:
    The Booking Amount should be paid through online mode of payment using Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking

    The balance amount can be deposited in our Account mentioned on the website through cheque/ RTGS/ NEFT. The amount can also be deposited through Demand Draft favouring "ETC Enterprises Pvt. Ltd." payable at Delhi.

    You have to send your passport with minimum 6 months Validity & 4 Photos to nearest Associate office. Scanned copies should be e-mailed to Please mention your Name and Contact Details clearly in the Email while sending Passport Scan Copies.

  7. What documents do I need to carry to check-in for flight?

    It is mandatory to carry:

    a).Passport with a validity of at least 6 months as on date of travel
    b) Rbelevant Visa
    c).Copy of e-ticket
    d).In case of an infant travelling, it is mandatory to carry the birth certificate of the infant along with the ticket.

  8. Can I have only hotels in a package if I have arranged for ticket and visa on my own?

    We also offer packages without flight tickets. We can arrange only for hotels and transportation in your package if you prefer.

  9. What are the cancellation charges for package?

  10. How can I chose which flight is best for me?

    If you are wondering which type of flight is best for you, consider these definitions:

    Direct :

Connecting flights are almost always less expensive than non-stop flights, but they are not the best option for travelers who pays more preference to time. Connecting flight will take at least two different planes with two different flight numbers to reach your final destination.

  2. What are the terms and conditionsfor Umrah?

    According to the current Saudi rules and regulations,
    • Single male must be above 40 years of age.
    • Below 40 years males and females should be accompanied by Mehram and family relationship must be proved on the passports or either by original document for example, Nikahnama, additional Passport, etc.
    • Male below 17 years of age should be accompanied with a Male and Child above 17 years should be accompanied by Female Mehram.
    • Ladies cannot travel alone without a Mehram..
